It's amazing how social media connects like minds.  A little over a year ago I set up a time to meet with Brandon to simply link up and learn more about what we each do. Long story short, you witness a lot of things we have put in place since that day as a result of truly becoming like brothers.  With so many things going on, I was able to get him to sit down for second and learn how he incorporates eustress in his life.

MY VOICE DESERVES TO BE HEARD BECAUSE....

Simply, because I do the absolute most. I say that jokingly, but there is a lot of truth in saying that. I'm blessed and fortunate to have been able to have experienced so much in my first twenty-six years of life. From traveling to over 17 countries, excelling in a corporate career, starting numerous entrepreneurial ventures, building networks, creatively curating content, and having the time of my life doing it. I have to mention, I don't list these "accomplishments" to boast, but solely because I am a proponent of lifting as I climb and helping others efficiently achieve their dreams and "BE great."

Laci McKinney, founder of The People’s Voice PR Agency, is launching her new revolutionary campaign that all creatives and new entrepreneurs can appreciate. McKinney’s campaign, IS THIS MIC ON (ITMO), kicks off on August 4th and will celebrate and amplify the voices of local entrepreneurs. The ITMO campaign will provide the entrepreneurs a chance to tell the world “why their voice deserves to be heard,” while sharing their story, and allowing the world to connect with them.

Since that first encounter, I’ve quickly learned that Brandon really does it all. I’m most familiar with him based on his work with The Scheme Team. The Scheme Team is “a lifestyle focused on helping young professionals turn their dreams into reality.” His team is known to put together great events that are not just to have fun, but are for the greater good.

Originally from Denver, but currently residing in Dallas, Brandon Miller is a millennial mogul in the making and has had an entrepreneurial spirit from a very early age. “When I was a kid I started a business called “Let B Do the Job.” I did everything from babysitting, pet sitting, yard work, or shoveling snowy driveways.” Fast forward a few years and the young mogul is the owner of multiple businesses that serves many purposes.

Yo. This is actually one of the hardest questions to answer (believe it or not), but I’ll do my best. I’m Brandon Miller and I am an IT Consultant, Graphic Designer, Serial Entrepreneur, Business Strategist, Chipotle Eater, 5K Runner, Blogger, and so much more. Nonprofit, The Black Burdell, Inc. is making major strides as they bring their one-of-a-kind, inaugural Burdell’s School of Entrepreneurship Conference to a close this past weekend. This one-day startup conference brought together some of the best and brightest minority entrepreneurs and gave practical tactics on growing their business, no matter what stage of the the process attendees were in With over 70 attendees consisting of high school students, college students, and young professionals and 20 Black, millennial CEO and company founders presenting – this conference was truly one of a kind and changed the face of entrepreneurship.

We love diversity, but it's not always represented in our mainstream mediums. “United we stand” is a popular American slogan that we hear quite often, but we don’t always finish the quote… “Divided we fall.”
