Microsoft's State of the Union

Blacks@Microsoft (BAM) held their first State of the Union with the intention of bringing minority affinity groups together to discuss commonalities faced as people of color in professional spaces, bridge apparent gaps and foster community. The turnout was overwhelming, as we had nearly 200 attendees from various companies (IBM, Toyota, PepsiCo, Goldman, Bank of America, Raytheon, Black Girls Code and several others). The audience gained insight from our amazing panelists that are all experienced in their respective fields and had an impactful evening that resulted in many newly formed relationships.

Panelist included Brandon Miller, Jacob Clayton, Bridget Peaco, and Tim Bethea.
