About Brandon

I’m Brandon Miller, an enterprise transformation leader based in Dallas.

For the last 12 years, I’ve helped organizations navigate growth, change, and complexity across strategy, operations, technology, culture, and people. My work has included transformation office leadership, portfolio governance, customer and operational transformation, executive stakeholder alignment, and business development across retail, consumer products, and life sciences.

I’m known for bringing structure to ambiguity and helping organizations move from white space to action. I tend to be at my best when the challenge is complex, cross-functional, and requires both strategic clarity and strong followership. My leadership style is data-driven, people-focused, and grounded in trust, collaboration, and execution.

Over time, I’ve built a career at the intersection of business, technology, and organizational effectiveness, growing through five roles at Clarkston Consulting while leading enterprise initiatives, shaping strategic relationships, and helping leaders turn ideas into momentum.

I lead business development across retail, consumer products, life sciences, industrials, utilities, and logistics, with a focus on enterprise transformation, strategy, and operations opportunities.

Highlights

  • Generated $21M in pipeline while carrying a $2.3M annual quota

  • Opened 7 new logos and led 34 proposals across strategic accounts

  • Cultivated executive-level relationships driving average deal sizes of approximately $250K

  • Originated and led the firm’s first engagement with a Fortune 100 global home improvement retailer, which became the firm’s largest retail client relationship

For a Fortune 100 global home improvement retailer
Originated and led a strategic engagement focused on future-state customer journeys, prioritized roadmap development, KPI design, and governance recommendations for a professional services organization.

For a global multi-brand retail organization
Directed enterprise PMO and portfolio governance across 7 retail banners, 12 workstreams, and an average of 53 active projects per quarter. Led 15 project managers across 10 strategic programs and influenced investment decisions through capital planning and portfolio review.

For a global travel retail brand
Oversaw a 24-project enterprise portfolio spanning 6 business units and partnered directly with the CIO and Chief Transformation Officer to maintain transformation momentum, executive alignment, and delivery continuity.

For a global biopharmaceutical company
Led coordination for a Cell Therapy Digital Platform initiative spanning U.S. and ex-U.S. teams, aligning work across patient operations, manufacturing, and plant operations technologies.

Enterprise Leadership

Alongside client work, I’ve also held enterprise leadership roles tied to culture, belonging, mentoring, and organizational effectiveness.

As Chair of the DE&I Council and now Chair Emeritus and Advisor, I led a 12-member council, designed and rolled out the IDEAS Seminar on Unconscious Bias to approximately 70% of the firm, helped launch employee resource groups that grew from 0 to 6, and served as the first non-partner member of the firm’s Core Values Committee
