About BrandonI’m Brandon Miller, a business development executive and organizational transformation leader based in Dallas.
Professionally, I’ve built my career helping organizations move through change across strategy, operations, technology, culture, and people. That work has included enterprise PMO leadership, portfolio governance, customer journey strategy, executive stakeholder alignment, and business development across multiple industries.
I’m at my best when I’m helping bring structure to ambiguity, build trust across teams, align business and technology, and move ideas into execution. My leadership style is people-focused, data-driven, and grounded in service, clarity, and followership.
Over the last 12 years, I’ve grown through five roles at Clarkston Consulting, from Associate Consultant to Client Solutions Executive, while leading meaningful work across enterprise transformation, internal leadership, and strategic growth.

Transformation and PMO Leadership
Over the course of my career, I’ve led and supported enterprise initiatives across retail, consumer products, and life sciences, often sitting at the center of execution, transformation governance, executive communication, and business-technology alignment.
For a Fortune 100 global home improvement retailer
Sold and led a strategic engagement focused on future-state customer journeys, prioritized roadmap development, sales funnel KPI design, dashboard reporting, and data and analytics governance for a professional services organization.
For a global multi-brand retail organization
Led PMO and portfolio governance across 7 retail banners, 12 workstreams, and an average of 53 active projects per quarter. Managed 15 project managers across 10 programs and supported the capital review process for IT initiatives.
For a global travel retail brand
Managed a team overseeing 24 projects and supported 3 major transformational initiatives spanning SAP, POS rollout, and digital transformation. Worked closely with the CIO and Chief Transformation Officer to maintain visibility, alignment, and momentum across 6 business units.
For a global biopharmaceutical company
Supported planning and execution for a Cell Therapy Digital Platform across U.S. and ex-U.S. teams, including business and technology requirement identification, sizing, and detailed requirement development.
Leadership and Enterprise Contributions
Alongside client work, I’ve also held meaningful internal leadership roles tied to culture, belonging, mentoring, and organizational effectiveness.
As Chair of the DE&I Council and now Chair Emeritus and Advisor, I led a 12-member council, developed and rolled out the IDEAS Seminar on Unconscious Bias to approximately 70 percent of the firm, helped launch employee resource groups that grew from 0 to 6, and served as the first non-partner member of the firm’s Core Values Committee.
