the lit and fit workout series (DFW)
is a community of fitness-focused individuals of all levels that are interested in holding each other accountable, building community, and increasing exposure to new workouts, gyms, and trainers in the Dallas metroplex.

Each week we try out a new gym, trainer, or workout class under the tenant of “doing hard things,” by getting out of our comfort zone, getting a good sweat, and making new friends.

workouts can be scheduled in the mind-body app or on the gyms’ websites.
